Organic Chemist; Synthetic Chemist

We are seeking highly motivated synthetic chemists (MS or Ph.D.) to join our synthetic chemistry team
. Candidates with hands‑on experience in custom synthesis and/or process scale‑up are strongly preferred. Experience in complex molecule synthesis is highly desirable.

• Design and safely execute synthetic routes and experiments to deliver target molecules and intermediates
• Conduct custom synthesis and route development
  , including optimization and scale‑up when required
• Apply retrosynthetic analysis to propose efficient and practical synthetic strategies
• Analyze and interpret data (e.g., NMR, LC‑MS, HPLC) and recommend next steps
• Maintain accurate and detailed experimental records in laboratory notebooks or ELN systems
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  , ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment to support project and client objectives

• MS or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in synthetic organic chemistry
  , with a preference for custom synthesis and/or scale‑up
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
