• Develop scalable liquid formulations and delivery systems for enzyme products
• Lead formulation development from experimental design and lab‑scale execution through scale‑up and production transfer
• Use scientific principles to develop, optimize, and improve enzyme formulations
• Apply Design of Experiments, data analytics, and AI‑enabled tools to accelerate development and generate insights
• Communicate findings through reports, dashboards, and technical presentations
• Partner with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams to deliver business results
• Resolve formulation and process challenges from lab scale through production
• Support documentation, regulatory activities, and knowledge sharing

• MS with 3+ years experience or BS with 5+ years in formulation science, biochemistry, or related field
• Hands‑on experience developing lab‑scale liquid formulations, with a proven track record of scaling processes to larger volumes; experience with enzymes, proteins, or biologics preferred
• Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, and troubleshoot experiments
• Solid understanding of the scientific principles governing enzyme and enzyme‑mixture stability, including failure‑mode analysis and inactivation mechanisms
• Experience with analytical techniques such as SDS‑PAGE, HPLC, NanoDSF, UV/Vis spectroscopy, microscopy, and microbial analysis
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
• Familiarity with data tools (Spotfire, Power BI, or similar)
• Strong communication skills to translate technical insights into business impact
• Curious mindset with strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills

• Demonstrate in‑depth liquid formulation development knowledge and experience
• Experience with high‑throughput formulation screening, AI‑enabled or predictive modeling tools
• Experience working in cross‑functional or global teams
