Bolsa de Mérito a Estudantes do 3.º Ciclo – Programa Doutoral em Psicologia

The evaluation will be according to article 5, with two criteria each weighted 50%:

• Critério A – Mérito do/a candidato/a: scale 0‑20.
• Critério B – Mérito do projeto de investigação
  : scale 0‑20. Assessed on clarity of questions, state of the art, study methodology, innovation, contribution potential, and alignment with host unit.

• First‑year enrolment in the Doctoral Programme in Psychology (eligible for the scholarship from second year onwards).
• Full‑time, integrated in research units.
• Submitted the documentation required by article 15.
• No debt to Iscte.
• Must score ≥15 on final evaluation.
• Must be among the top 25% of final evaluations for doctoral enrolment.
• For first‑year students, scholarship is conditional on successful completion of all curricular units and first‑year research project.

Applicants must submit the following within the deadline:

• Application form (available at (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).).
• Research proposal including state of the art, objectives, questions, study description, methodology, contribution potential; explain how project aligns with CIS – Iscte strategy.
• Two letters of recommendation from a senior academic or a recognized professional in the field.
• Motivational letter covering availability for full‑time dedication, motivation for doctoral studies, and any other relevant elements.
• Updated CV indicating publications and relevant scientific activity.
• Other documents requested by the evaluation committee.
• Late or missing documents, or falsified documents will result in exclusion.
