You’ll join the Global Quality Technical Group, supporting product commercialization, qualification, and technology transfer. The Microbiology Team provides scientific solutions using advanced microbiological and molecular methods to ensure reliable and compliant outcomes.

Where You'll Make a Difference- Execute microbiological and molecular testing using techniques such as Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), quantitative PCR (qPCR), digital PCR (dPCR), and MALDI.
- Support qualification, transfer, and validation of laboratory methods and technologies across sites.
- Manage multiple projects, owning experimental activities and delivering high-quality data.
- Apply scientific methods and statistical tools to solve complex problems.
- Drive continuous improvement of lab processes and systems.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Quality teams.
- Identify and implement innovative technologies to enhance capabilities.
- Communicate results effectively to influence decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant laboratory experience.
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong data analysis and documentation skills.
- Experience with laboratory systems (LIMS, SAP, SharePoint, Office 365).
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication and mentoring ability.
- Availability to work on-site daily.
- Experience with rapid microbiological methods or advanced molecular techniques.
- Background in technology transfer, validation, or scale-up.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive innovation.
