Kitchen Designer

Overview

Designer - Kitchen/Bath role at The Home Depot. Designers support three store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome them to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary.

They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

• Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers; welcome customers to the store and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs.
• Provide showroom tours and set up kitchen and/or bath measures; meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations.
• Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary.
• Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment.
• Support three store priorities:
  Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance, to drive sales for department and store goals.
