We are looking for Retail Visual Specialists to join our growing retail team. As part of a fast-paced, dynamic visual merchandising team, you will develop relationships with our coworkers and ensure that each customer s needs are met in a quick and efficient manner. • Partners with Store and Department managers to execute seasonal Prototype presentations
• Executes departmental and storewide visual merchandising programs and departmental floor moves that will help engage the customer
• Update and maintain mannequins/forms/presentations as dictated by new receipts or trends and targeted demographics
• Educate departments on Back to Basics standards, floor sets, merchandising and wallscaping
• Execute cosmetics and promotional calendars
• Execute window presentations (where applicable)
• Grid fixtures/adjust accent lighting
• Order visual properties following Corporate guidelines
• Perform daily morning floor walk of entire store to determine tasks to be accomplished, i.e. presentations are properly maintained
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the stock/work area
• Attend meetings and training sessions with Corporate Visual
• Email communication and basic paper work

• Experience in merchandising and styling, with knowledge of current trends
• 2 years of visual merchandising experience (preferably a department store environment)
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, highly organized with an attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand floor plans and planograms
• Comfortable operating a computer, open to learning new programs and systems
• Ability to work as part of a team, or independently with little supervision
