Hourly Wage

Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

In certain circumstances, premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
