We are hiring for a full-time Store Inventory Lead in Training for our Issaquah location who has energy, enthusiasm, maturity, and great customer service skills. Starting pay is $24/hour with sales bonuses, paid time off, great employee discounts, 401(K) retirement plan with matching, free ORCA card, medical/dental/vision insurance and opportunity for advancement.

• a sincere desire to help companion animals
• prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
• good verbal and written communication skills
• basic computer and math computation skills
• ability to work with others as a team
• ability to lift and carry 40 lbs without strain
• ability to stand continuously for 2–3 hours at a time
• ability to bend, stoop, kneel and reach upwardly or overhead
• non-smoker
• available to work shifts to meet the needs of the store, including evenings
• available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday

At this time, we are looking to fill only full-time positions with individuals 18 or over. We are not hiring minors or seasonal.

Pay range: $24.00 – $30.00 an hour
