Earn $17.00 Per Hour

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facility
• Assess customer storage needs and provide suggestions, including the sale of packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits as part of daily operations
• Assist customers with payment updates and make reminder and collection calls as required

• Transport, lift, or move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk and navigate facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including stairs and large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal

Experience
:
Successful candidates have a background in customer‑service‑centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies).

Transportation
: A valid driver’s license is required and employees must use their own vehicle to travel between work locations or for other work‑related duties. Mileage reimbursement is available.
