Maintenance - Jared Jewelers - Route Shopping Center

Jared Jewelers, a division of Signet Jewelers, is looking for a Maintenance/Porter to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our jewelry stores.

• Perform general maintenance inside and outside the store.
• Maintain the appearance of the sales floor by picking or sweeping spills and debris.
• Keep glass windows and doors spot‑free.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms on a designated schedule.
• Keep the break room clean, neat, and orderly.
• Maintain the outside appearance of the store by sweeping or picking up debris and emptying trash containers regularly.
• Clear away snow, slush, or ice from in front of the entrance.
• Monitor maintenance performed by contracted vendors.
• Use the ETS in accordance with company guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Genuine desire to serve customers by maintaining retail stores and outside appearance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
• Moderate interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools, basic carpentry skills.
• Visual and auditory skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
