• Greet customers, handle register and cashier duties, make purchase suggestions, and manage the food program.
• Gain entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service throughout the store.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks.

• Excellent selling and customer service skills.
• Strong communication, friendly conversation, and ability to perform at a quick pace.
• Teamwork, problem solving, quick thinking, and offering suggestions.
• Leadership experience supervising a team of employees.
• Retail and customer service experience (preferred).
• Entry-level management experience (preferred).
• Sales associate or cashiering experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn and have fun.

• Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye‑hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing to retrieve materials or place/remove signs.
