We are looking for Retail Customer Service Desk Associates to join our growing retail team.

Job Description

As part of a fast‑paced, dynamic sales team, you will develop relationships with our customers and ensure that each customer’s needs are met in a quick and efficient manner. Whether you have previous sales experience or customer service experience, this is a great opportunity to pursue a rewarding career with a company known for quality and big savings.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build customer confidence, provide accurate information, and promote products through a point of successful sale.
  • Establish professional, personalized rapport with each customer to close sales and provide the best customer experience.
  • Provide customer service by completing customer requests and/or resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete all transactions and paperwork while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Make storewide announcements over the public address system.
  • Handle layaway storage, maintain records, receive payments, and release merchandise.
Job Requirements
  • Prior retail and/or customer service experience.
  • Ability and desire to work well with the public, management, and coworkers.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills with customers, coworkers, and management.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to learn selling skills and operate a POS register and Telxon system.
  • Available to work varied days and hours, including evenings and weekends, as the work schedule requires.
