Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built‑to‑order sandwiches, specialty beverages, pizzas, and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and  for age‑restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well‑stocked and that shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Keep stores clean and safe by following established policies, procedures, and guidelines; complete household duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask proficiently.
• Minimum age 16 with reliable transportation.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
• Hourly range: $15.50 – $19.25, commensurate with experience and location.
• Shift differential of $1.50 for hours worked between 12:00am and 6:00am.
