Job Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting guests in designated areas within Patron Services.
Provides guests with programs and information as needed.
Responsible for accurate accounting of receipts for sales of programs and related journals.
Responsible for picking up and distributing programs, Racing forms, and harness eye.
Accurately completes reports for accounting purposes.
Promotes guest safety within respective areas.
Responsible for maintaining guest safety when horses are entering & exiting the Paddock area.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
Job RequirementsPrevious experience in customer service and public relations.
Must be knowledgeable of Thoroughbred Racing Industry.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands.
Must be able to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
