What You’ll Do:

Deliver outstanding service to guests, manage transactions, maintain a welcoming store environment, support the team across roles, and handle cash responsibly.

• Deliver Outstanding Service:
  Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked:
  Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store:
  Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team:
  Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care:
  Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete our company‑paid GED program).
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

• Active Serv Safe certification or a similar qualification.
• Tech‑savviness, including familiarity with POS software.

• 500 LIFE Balance Account:
