Sales Consultant, Residential Real Estate, Sales Representative
DiSabatino Design Build is seeking a Home Remodeling Salesperson who blends consultative sales skills with a strong appreciation for residential design and construction. This is a high‑touch, relationship‑driven role for someone who enjoys guiding homeowners through meaningful renovation projects, from the first conversation to the signed agreement. This position combines sales leadership with design‑forward thinking in a construction‑focused environment. You’ll manage residential remodeling opportunities from lead to close while collaborating with experienced Sales Designers and project teams.
You’ll work with homeowners throughout the Wilmington / West Chester region, including Southern Delaware and Southern Chester Counties, helping clients envision and commit to renovation and addition projects that improve how they live.
- Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000 (based on experience)

Compensation: $85,000 – $90,000 per year
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for residential remodeling clients
- Respond quickly to inbound leads with urgency, consistency, and follow‑through
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial consultation through close
- Conduct in‑home consultations for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and whole‑home renovations
- Confidently discuss scope, feasibility, and construction solutions with homeowners
- Support the design process by helping clients visualize concepts and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Sales Designers and project teams to ensure alignment from sale to build
- Track leads, follow‑ups, and communications accurately within the CRM
- Participate in ongoing training, collaboration, and peer learning
- 5 years of experience in residential sales, remodeling, construction sales, or design‑build
- Proven ability to close sales and consistently meet or exceed goals
- Strong understanding of residential construction and renovation projects
- Design sensibility with the ability to visualize and communicate ideas (formal design training is a plus, not required)
- Experience with CRM or construction/design tools (Salesforce, Buildertrend, Chief Architect, 20/20, etc.) is a plus
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners in a consultative, relationship‑based role
- Highly organized with excellent follow‑up and time management skills
- Self‑motivated, coachable, and driven to improve and grow
