Merchant Row is expanding into Wilmington, Delaware, and we’re growing our Business-to-Business sales team in partnership with T-Mobile. As part of this new market launch, we’re looking for motivated individuals who want to build experience in professional sales while representing a recognised telecom brand.
As a Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with local business owners and decision-makers, introducing T-Mobile Business solutions that support communication, mobility, and day-to-day operations. This is a client-facing role designed for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, learning new skills, and working toward clear performance goals.
You’ll receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive, performance-driven team.
What You’ll Be Doing- Representing T-Mobile Business products and services, including wireless business plans, data solutions, devices, and connectivity services
- Meeting business owners across Wilmington to understand how their teams communicate and operate
- Identifying opportunities where improved connectivity, coverage, or scalability can add value
- Delivering clear, consultative presentations that explain features, pricing, and service options
- Supporting clients through the decision-making process with professional follow-up and communication
- Maintaining organised records of meetings, outcomes, and next steps
- Working alongside leadership and team members to support the continued growth of the Wilmington market
- Staying informed on T-Mobile updates, promotions, and industry developments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence engaging with business clients in a professional setting
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and develop within a B2B sales environment
- Interest in business, telecom, or client-facing roles
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required
- Training in B2B sales, client engagement, and telecom solutions
- Hands‑on experience representing T-Mobile Business
- Weekly pay including performance‑based commissions and bonuses, with typical first‑year earnings in the $55,000–$60,000 range
- Clear progression into Sales Executive, Account Executive, or leadership roles
