** About the Role*
* DuPont is hiring a
** Sales Support / Inside Sales Representative
** to support the Healthcare & Water Technologies business. This role partners closely with Field Sales to manage transactional accounts, qualify leads, and drive profitable growth across North America.
** Location** :
Wilmington, Delaware
** Hybrid** : 4 days onsite
** What You'll Do*
* + Manage a portfolio of transactional ("tail") accounts to drive retention, expansion, and growth
+ Own the
** end‑to‑end sales cycle** : prospecting, quoting, negotiation support, order conversion, and follow‑up
+ Qualify inbound and outbound leads and route sales‑ready opportunities to Field Sales
+ Partner with Field Sales on lead follow‑up, demand generation, and early customer engagement
+ Build account plans identifying cross‑sell, up‑sell, and whitespace opportunities
+ Maintain strong customer relationships via phone, E-Mail, and virtual outreach
+ Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Technical, Marketing, and R&D
+ Ensure accurate CRM (SFDC) data: leads, opportunities, activities, and next steps
+ Use analytics (Power BI, CRM) to identify demand signals and pipeline opportunities
+ Support forecasting, demand planning, and quarter‑end order management
** What You Bring*
* + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
+
** 1-3 years
** of Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Account Management experience
+ Experience qualifying leads and supporting pipeline development
+ Strong collaboration and communication skills
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
+ CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
+ B2B experience preferred (healthcare, industrial, or materials a plus)
