Overview
This is a full‑time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Wilmington, DE financial center at 800 Foulk Road. Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).
Relationship Banker – Responsibilities- Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound campaign calls, handling inbound contact center inquiries through Fulton Bank’s Distributed Work Model, scheduling appointments, and actively engaging customers in the lobby as well as during transaction processing; use digital tools to demonstrate digital solutions and convert sales opportunities into tangible outcomes to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system and other resources to foster relationship‑building conversations with customers, ensuring a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
- Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
- May serve as a Notary Public for the financial center.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty not applicable at this level (Required).
Experience2 or more years customer service or sales experience (Required).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Pro‑active and result oriented (Preferred)
- Highly collaborative with Fulton Partners and Financial Center Team Members (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs‑based conversations (Preferred)
The hourly rate for this position is $20.43 - $32.31. Additional compensation components include a short‑term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
