Responsibilities

  • Need to Handle Solution Delivery for SAP ERP by connecting with customer and identify new opportunities
  • Align customer and business strategies to help achieve desired results for customers through technology innovation and enablement of value creation for organizations
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs and enable global delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and anticipate market trends
  • Driving revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic proposals; expert in virtual presentations and digital communication platforms; familiarity with latest technology and changes in market; coordinating internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Should be a problem solver, have creative approaches to client challenges, and have ability to thrive in fast‑changing environments
  • Develop and execute portfolio strategies aligned with client goals; identify growth opportunities and create plans for upselling and cross‑selling
  • Drive joint business planning and strategic value alignment; collaborate with different service practices, horizontals within the organization to drive solutions contextual to the customer
  • Sales management through rigor in review of pipeline and performance against plan on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Communication Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication for client interactions, presentations, and reporting
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Expertise in the sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Deep product knowledge to articulate value propositions effectively
Client Relationship Management
  • Building trust and rapport with clients
  • Active listening and empathy to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
Strategic Planning & Analytical Skills
  • Ability to develop account strategies aligned with business goals
  • Use of data analysis for forecasting and identifying growth opportunities
  • Skilled in negotiating contract terms while maintaining positive client relationships
  • Persuasive techniques to influence decision‑making

Bachelor of Computer Science

Compensation

Base salary range: $120,000 to $150,000 per annum
