Start your sales career with 2020 Companies and Springs Window Fashions, the leading window‑covering brand in North America. This full‑time Territory Sales Representative role offers $22 per hour plus a 10% monthly bonus opportunity and a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

• Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products in major home improvement stores.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and customers.
• Maintain and set up product displays to maximize visibility.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Generate leads to increase sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and product education.
• Travel within the territory, visiting 2–5 stores per day.

• Sales experience or a strong interest in building a sales career.
• Outgoing, confident, and excellent communication skills.
• A self‑starter who can work independently.
• Comfortable in a retail environment.
