A trusted bathroom remodeling company is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join a growing team serving homeowners throughout Northern New Jersey. This is an opportunity to represent a nationally recognized brand backed by strong lead generation, premium products, and a proven in-home sales process.

What’s In It For You- W2 compensation structure with top performers earning $150,000 – $200,000+ annually through a generous commission and bonus plan.
- No cold calling required. Most appointments are pre-set and pre-qualified through strong partnerships with Home Depot and Lowe’s.
- Three-week paid training, including ride-alongs, product training, sales systems, and in-home process development.

- Five-day workweek with one required weekend day. No six-day grind culture.
- Dedicated teams handle installation, backend operations, and project coordination so you can stay focused on selling and customer experience.
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess bathroom remodeling needs.
- Present and sell bath remodeling solutions including wet-area remodels and full bathroom renovations.
- Follow a proven in-home sales process designed to maximize close rates and customer satisfaction.
- Take measurements, photos, and project notes during appointments.
- Utilize company technology and CRM systems to complete contracts and manage project documentation.
- Build relationships with local Home Depot and Lowe’s locations through scheduled store visits and product knowledge support.
- Manage your territory, schedule, and pipeline independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, solar, HVAC, or bath industry experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Coachable personality with the ability to follow a proven process.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning CRM and sales platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable traveling throughout Northern New Jersey for appointments.
