** Merchandiser

Role Overview
** Merchandises products by stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, backroom organization, and moving products from backroom to sales floor. Accurately orders product for the next delivery.
** Day-to-Day Responsibilities
*** Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
* Sells and executes all promotions.
* Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
* Develops good customer relations.
* Services all customers as scheduled.
* Orders product and /or runs invoices.
* Cleans equipment, maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion, and rotates stock.
* Other duties as assigned.
** Required Qualifications
*** High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
* Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
* Valid driver’s license required.
* Must be able to perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
* Must have good oral and written communication skills.
* Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods of time.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
* Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
* Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
* Must have a positive attitude and attention to detail.
* Must be able to work in a team environment.
* Must be a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
* Must be customer-oriented and focused.
