JOB TITLE:

Account Manager

TECH TONICS, a Warrington, PA based Provider of Full Service, Managed Technology Support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Expand Tech Tonic’s market share (revenue and profitability) via new client sales.
  • Develop a sales pipeline using the telephone, e-mail, personal networking, and cold calling to identify new business and to engage prospects.
  • Qualify prospects and provide accurate sales pipeline reporting.
  • Manage opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle from identification, qualification, through the close and post-sale activities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide input to management based on customer and prospect feedback.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • An Associate’s Degree
  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience
  • Proven professional selling skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Business-to-Business sales experience
  • Strong qualification and closing skills
  • A demonstrable track record of success which includes but is not limited to consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Products
  • The ability and desire to work in a company culture that rewards sound judgment, innovation, courage, honesty, selflessness, and passion
  • Highly motivated with focused ambition and drive
  • Student of a professional sales process, e.g., Sandler Training
  • The ability to develop prospect and client relationships at the decision making level including when there are multiple decision makers
  • The ability to qualify or disqualify opportunities early in the sales cycle
  • The ability to reach closure and clear futures at each stage of the sales cycle
  • Solution oriented
  • A Self-Starter but capable of working in a team environment
  • Live within a 30 mile radius of TT Headquarters
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Expertise in sales in the IT services Industry
  • Experience working with business owners and internal directors of IT
  • Experience in working within and maximizing the impact of a quality sales process
  • Experience in being part of a small and/or medium size and growing organization.
  • Ability / Experience with researching and successfully troubleshooting home computer network issues (have fixed at least some of your own issues you’ve faced in the past)
  • A College Degree
LOCATION

The primary territory for this position will be the Delaware Valley. Tech Tonics will provide marketing, product and delivery support, ongoing product training, as well as sales training and coaching from our nationally recognized professional sales process partner.

COMPENSATION

An extremely competitive compensation package comprised of salary, an uncapped commission program, and bonus opportunities will be provided to the successful candidate.
