As an essential member of our team, your mission will be to uncover new client opportunities and build lasting partnerships through a consultative sales strategy. With a hunter mentality, you will identify prospects, engage them, and close deals to help us achieve our goals of delivering exceptional building maintenance solutions. Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your assigned territory (hunter mindset).
- Engage prospects, present solutions, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using a structured process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure a high level of service.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
- Strong track record in B2B sales, demonstrating the ability to hunt for new business.
- At least 3 years of successful sales experience.
- Effective communication with poise and confidence during presentations.
- Positive, can-do attitude that embraces challenges head-on.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Organized approach to managing your sales pipeline and client relationships.
- A knack for understanding potential clients’ needs and providing tailored solutions.
Base salary: $80,000. Additionally, uncapped commissions available. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays, PTO, a strong 401(k) plan with company matching, and company-provided mobile phone plus mileage reimbursement.
