We are seeking a Group Account Supervisor to join our team of client‑service professionals.
Client Management- Assume primary lead for the client upon acceptance of a proposal.
- Maintain and manage business opportunities with existing clients.
- Develop client agendas and slide presentations.
- Lead and/or support calls with clients and subject‑matter experts regarding content and direction.
- Review and forward status/contact reports to clients after each contact.
- Develop project briefs and scope of work for clients and internal team members.
- Provide direction to support teams on all aspects of project management to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Manage projects using approved internal briefs, proposal templates, and budgeting tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams on overall project plans, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Function as an internal team leader ensuring all members work together smoothly and effectively.
- Mentor personnel at Associate, Employee, and Senior levels; possible management and supervision of colleagues.
- Conduct performance reviews, prepare development plans, and set goals for direct reports as applicable.
- Teach junior account team employees skills such as developing client agendas, project status, financial reports, and contact reports.
- Work with Client Services leadership and Strategy to identify market opportunities that will grow client business.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth within assigned accounts.
- Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with all teams to ensure accurate proposal development and capture of team hours.
- Monitor budgets (direct costs, labor costs, fees, out‑of‑pocket expenses) to ensure budgeted labor hours and direct costs are managed.
- Provide periodic budget status updates and communications with clients.
- Adhere to PhRMA, FDA, OIG and ACCME guidelines.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for all agency procedures and workflow.
- Attend internal meetings with Sales, Client Services, Meeting Services, Traffic, and other key personnel to discuss project status as required.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality control of client materials and develop best‑practice protocols for internal project teams.
- Contribute original ideas for tactical planning within assigned accounts.
- Minimum of 3 years in an account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
- Daily client‑facing experience and medical, legal, regulatory review experience are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel 10‑15% depending on client needs.

Compensation range: $92,000 USD – $128,000 USD. The role is eligible for discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
