Coverage Areas- Maryland – Rockville, Southern Maryland & Prince George’s County, Anne Arundel County (North), Baltimore/Belair & Northern Maryland, Eastern Shore, Western Maryland
- Delaware – Wilmington, Newark, Dover, Middletown, and statewide coverage
- Main Street to Lower Middle Market Transactions
- Business Valuations & Exit Planning
- Commercial Real Estate Connected to Business Sales
- 300+ active business listings across VA, MD, DE & WV
- Access to proven systems, marketing, training, CRM, and national buyer networks
- Opportunity to build referral relationships with CPAs, attorneys, bankers, wealth advisors, and private equity groups
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a scalable platform

- Develop relationships with business owners and acquisition buyers

- Structure and negotiate transactions
- Coordinate due diligence and closing activities
- Guide clients through the full buy-side or sell-side process
- 5+ years of professional B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
High earning potential: $200K to $1M+ annually for top performers
