- Build and grow relationships with local businesses
- Create smart, customized marketing solutions across print, digital, and events
- Help manage campaigns from pitch to performance
- Collaborate with a creative, goal-driven team
- Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising and media
- A track record of success in sales—especially media or advertising
- A curious, consultative approach to client relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.)

Requirements- Minimum of 1–2 years of Outside Sales Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills are required
- Ability to thrive within a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple projects at once
- Desire to exceed standards within a goal‑oriented organization
- Proven track record of successfully selling to small and medium‑sized businesses
- Experience in media sales, including Digital Media sales, is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with CRMs
