Fitness consultant, Sales & Marketing

The Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking a motivated Fitness Consultant to engage prospects and members, deliver high-energy consultations, and drive membership and training sales. You will welcome guests, conduct goal-focused fitness introductions, tour the facility, and match members with the right services, including classes and personal training. Using strong customer service and sales skills, you'll manage leads, follow up to close memberships, and support club events and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness consultations and goal-setting sessions with new and existing members.
• Promote and sell memberships, personal training, and other club services.
• Provide high-energy, professional customer service on the club floor and at the front desk.
• Maintain accurate records in member management/CRM systems.
• Support lead generation through outreach, tours, and follow-up communication.
• Collaborate with trainers and staff to drive member engagement and results.
• Educate members on equipment use, classes, and wellness offerings.
• Assist with club events, promotions, and community activities.
