Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Agency Sales Rep with Colonial Life located in Wilmington DE. This commission role requires the ability to work in the Tri-State area. The Agency Sales Rep will be responsible for promoting Colonial Life's range of benefits to potential and existing customers and developing and implementing sales strategies. The appropriate candidate will be trained to grow their agency with unlimited upward growth potential into Assistant Manager and eventually District Manager.
Qualifications- Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Experience leading a team
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
