As a Uniformed Security Officer, you will be monitoring areas of the Casino and Hotel complex, ensuring excellent guest experiences and providing great guest service. • Monitor and patrol premises within the casino and hotel complex
• Report and prevent the entry of any unauthorised guests
• Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and follow established procedures
• Observe and report security-related incidents, suspicious activities, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences
• Complete all tasks in line with federal and territory legislation
• Provide customer service by answering enquiries and offering assistance when needed
• Provide first aid assistance when required

• Security License or Crowd Control License issued by the NT Government
• Certificates in First Aid and CPR
• Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling certificates
• NT Casino Operative’s License or willingness to obtain
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays
