What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, assisting visitors and staff, and supporting security-related procedures for a financial services location.
* Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or credentials, manage visitor access, and document arrivals, departures, and other front desk activity.
* Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
* Answer phones, provide directions, receive deliveries, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive presence and consistent application of access protocols.
Minimum Requirements:
* Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* CPR certification is preferred.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* A guard card and/or license is preferred.
* Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
