As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Monitor in Wilmington, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to all persons on site while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.

* Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting potential hazards, maintenance issues, and/or unauthorized activity.

* Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting site access control protocols.

* Support emergency preparedness efforts by following post orders, communicating during evacuations and/or shelter-in-place events, and assisting first responders as directed by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* The ability to use a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
