What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a fast-paced technology location.

* Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns.

* Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and support security-related screening, visitor processing, and/or package control practices.

* Support day-to-day operations by preparing reports, maintaining detailed activity logs, and sharing timely updates regarding incidents, maintenance issues, and/or operational disruptions.

Minimum Requirements:

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* Access control and badge experience is preferred.

* Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
