Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an industrial location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, verify entry and exit activity, and assist with visitor, vendor, and/or delivery processing in accordance with site expectations;
Support order at the location by observing operations, communicating clearly with staff and visitors, and following post instructions for security-related issues and/or emergencies
