• Provide customer service to all persons on site while carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting potential hazards, maintenance issues, and/or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting site access control protocols.
• Support emergency preparedness efforts by following post orders, communicating during evacuations and/or shelter‑in‑place events, and assisting first responders as directed by site procedures.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to use a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
