Pay Rate: $20.46 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a fast‑paced technology location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or security‑related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and support security‑related screening, visitor processing, and/or package control practices.
• Support day‑to‑day operations by preparing reports, maintaining detailed activity logs, and sharing timely updates regarding incidents, maintenance issues, and/or operational disruptions.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
