** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting them through proper channels.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout industrial buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.

+ Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries, verifying credentials and following site procedures for restricted areas.

+ Support daily operations by observing equipment areas, reporting maintenance or hazard-related issues, and communicating professionally with site personnel and first responders when needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Able to ride a bike.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
