Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout industrial buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed by site procedures, and document daily activities, observations, and/or incidents in required reports
