Laborer, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Construction Labor ​/ Trades

Location: Southeast Pa, South Jersey, Delaware

Road-Con is seeking dedicated and hardworking laborers to join our team. As a laborer, you will be involved in various tasks related to bridge, pipe, or roadway construction. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in challenging environments.

• Bend, climb, kneel, and lift objects weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Work in close proximity to heavy equipment and traffic.
• Drive company vehicles for tasks such as implementing traffic controls, accessing and retrieving tools/materials, and staging work zones.
• Safely use hand tools (e.g., levels, shovels, loots, hammers) and power tools.
• Perform work at heights, in excavations, on uneven surfaces, and on hot surfaces when placing asphalt.
• Work in confined spaces when necessary.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the safety of other employees and the public.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work in various environmental conditions.
• Valid driver’s license (encouraged to obtain a valid DOT Medical Card).
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Flexibility to work daylight and nighttime shifts based on project demands.

• Previous experience in construction or related fields.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
