Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician II/III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC systems and possess the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on commercial HVAC systems

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment

- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

- Follow all safety protocols and company policies

- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on time

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service

- EPA certification and valid driver's license

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment

- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergency services

- High school diploma or equivalent, trade school or technical degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive hourly wage of $20-$35 per hour based on experience

- Annual salary range of $41,600 - $72,800+
