• Deliver world-class service from start to finish on every install
• Safely remove and replace existing HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/C units, boilers)
• Connect utilities — gas, electric, and fuel oil lines — with care and compliance
• Fabricate and install sheet metal transitions with clean, level, plumb craftsmanship
• Commission, test, and verify all system performance
• Lead and mentor your crew to uphold company standards
• Maintain an organized, stocked, and spotless truck
• Complete digital paperwork accurately and on time

• 3–5 years of professional HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, and ability to drive a DOT vehicle
• Your own hand tools and a commitment to safety
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Background check and drug screen required

Compensation: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
