Install Coordinator
Wilmington, DE – Full‑time – Competitive pay
We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Install Coordinator to support both our HVAC and Plumbing departments. This position is critical to ensuring installations are scheduled, permitted, completed, and invoiced accurately while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities- Schedule HVAC and Plumbing installation jobs
- Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and permits
- Communicate with customers before, during, and after installations
- Verify job readiness and ensure all required materials are available
- Track permits, inspections, and job progress
- Review installation paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Process job starts, final payments, and job closeouts
- Work closely with dispatch, field managers, sales, and warehouse teams
- Maintain installation schedules and production reports
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient with computers and office software
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Construction, or Home Services preferred
- Service Titan experience is a plus
- Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven
- Install jobs start on time
- Materials and permits are ready before the job
