Maintenance Technician

If so, DiSabatino Landscaping is looking for a Pool Technician to join our growing pool services team.

The Pool Technician is responsible for routine maintenance, cleaning, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of residential swimming pools. You will ensure that all pools are properly balanced, equipment is functioning correctly, and service visits are completed efficiently and professionally.

• Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)

• Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance services
• Test and balance pool chemicals to maintain water quality and safety
• Inspect pool systems and equipment for proper operation
• Diagnose and report maintenance or repair needs
• Clean filters, pumps, baskets, and related equipment
• Maintain accurate service records and notes
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and schedules

• Previous pool service or maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
