Responsibilities- Install and maintain fire sprinkler systems in various commercial and residential settings.
- Candidate able to perform installs, fitouts in clean environments.
- Conduct inspections and tests on fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty sprinkler systems to guarantee optimal performance.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and repairs.
- Stay updated on industry standards, codes, and best practices related to fire safety.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site.
- Proven experience as a fire sprinkler mechanic or installer for 5+ years
- Knowledge of fire protection systems and relevant codes and regulations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Relevant certifications in fire protection systems are a plus.
