Tribute seeks a Maintenance Technician for our new and beautiful property,
Tesla Park Apartments, located in Wilmington, NC

• Oversee daily operations
  :
  Maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of the property.
• Handle general repairs
  :
  Ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Prepare apartments for new tenants
  :
  Create a welcoming and comfortable living space.
• Conduct preventive maintenance
  :
  Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents.

• Knowledge
  : 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Hands‑On
  :
  Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.
• Certified
  : HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus.
• Schedule
  :
  On‑call duty rotation required.
• Trustworthy
  :
  Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
