Position Overview- Windows, Doors, and Cabinets: Installation and repair.
- Framing: Minor framing on some reconstruction projects.
- Drywall and Finishing: Drywall installation and finishing.
- Flooring: Installation and repair.
- Finish Carpentry: Precision finish carpentry work to complete projects.
- Kitchens and Bathrooms: Ability to remodel kitchens and bathrooms.

- Complete remodel projects (framing, drywall, trim, paint, deck/roof repair, etc.).
- Perform rough and finished carpentry work, including kitchen and bathroom remodels.
- Maintain tools in safe and efficient condition.
- Strong time‑management to meet deadlines.
- Complete work‑order reports daily.
- Communicate effectively with customers and project managers.
- Tech‑savvy for documentation and communication.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and job site.
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle capable of transporting materials.
