If so, Luxury Pool Service Technician is looking for a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing pool services team. This role is perfect for someone who is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and motivated to deliver high-quality maintenance and service on luxury residential pools.

You’ll be on the front lines, ensuring every pool we service meets the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and performance. The Pool Maintenance Technician is responsible for the routine maintenance, cleaning, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of residential swimming pools. You will ensure that all pools are properly balanced, equipment is functioning correctly, and service visits are completed efficiently and professionally.

This role requires independence, reliability, and strong attention to detail. You will represent Pronto Pools by DiSabatino Landscaping in the field, often working directly on client properties and serving as a key touchpoint for customer experience and service quality. Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (based on experience); overtime opportunities available; paid time off; potential for growth within pool construction and operations teams.

• Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance services
• Test and balance pool chemicals to maintain water quality and safety
• Inspect pool systems and equipment for proper operation
• Diagnose and report maintenance or repair needs
• Clean filters, pumps, baskets, and related equipment
• Maintain accurate service records and notes
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and schedules

• Previous pool service or maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
