Stormwater Construction Foreman (Heavy equipment/Concrete)
Location: Wilmington, DE
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40-55 hours per week
Regional Travel: Required, typically 85% or more through company vehicle. $68 per diem on out-of-town travel days.

- Construct and Repair Critical Stormwater Infrastructure: Work on essential underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins across the central states.
- Operate Advanced Construction Equipment: Utilize hand-held, power tools, and heavy machinery such as skid loaders, excavators, and dozers.
- Travel and Explore: Embrace opportunities to travel during the week, exploring new locations while impacting projects.
- Contribute to Project Success: Document field observations to aid project success and drive continuous improvement.
- Prioritize Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards on every project.
- 5-7 years of underground wet utility construction experience.
- Experience with stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basins.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (skid loader, mini-excavator, etc.).
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and staff.
- Ability to perform frequent out-of-town regional travel (85% or more).
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Physical ability to lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and handle inclement weather.
- Pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
