Residential New Construction HVAC Mechanic

Sobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full‑time Residential New Construction HVAC Mechanic to win repeat business by doing quality installations of heating and cooling systems in residential new construction. This person would also help train HVAC helpers.

• Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 5+ years of new home construction experience
• Knowledge of applicable state codes
• Hands‑on knowledge of residential HVAC construction and ability to read blueprints
• Valid driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
• Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
